Update Custom Menu

UpdateCustomMenu() removes and reinstalls the custom menu. This is useful when you move your custom menu and user.command table back and forth between different machines.

This is actually pretty easy in the newer versions of Frontier:

on UpdateCustomMenu ()
   menu.remove( @user.menus.customMenu )
   menu.install( @user.menus.customMenu )
UpdateCustomMenu ()
