Copy Selection for EMail

CopySelectionForEmail(), called from the custom menu, calls GetEntryAsString() (see "Copy Selection As String") to get the entry as a string, calls mimi.createObject() to get the object as a mimi block, concatentates the two, and places the result on the clipboard.
