This site uses frames for speed and convenience. It does not do anything fancy with them.<p>
Use of frames allows me to separate the navigation links from the page content.
As a result, it allows me to frequently add new material and update the navigation panels
without having to modify the (large number of) unrelated pages. The site would
be unmanageable otherwise.<p>
